Henrique Becker Brum is a PhD student at the University of Trento, Italy, with a grant funded by Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Italy. He received his BSc from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Brazil, and his MSc from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), Brazil.

His research interests are cybersecurity, computer networks, and programmable data plane tools. His PhD focuses on employing data plane tools to provide efficient and network-wide security for high-speed networks.
